Hi, We also building house in Point Cook,
Could you please be able to help me with the contact details of people from whom you got the Landscaping, fencing and driveway done. Your experience sound good. Can you also advise on how much it cost for these 3 things.

Hi Aaron.

We’re really happy with our house. It really all comes down to your site supervisor and making sure you have a great relationship with them.
Our Landscaper did our driveway. I can’t remember exactly how much the driveway was but I think the concreting was about $4000. Thats for the drive way and taking that up to the portico and down the side of the garage to the back, plus a large slab at the back of the house.

How u guys going? Awesome site there of your new place! I’m moving to point cook too. Bought a land in featherbrook and will be building Heywood29 with Porter Davis. Looks like they’ve done a good job with your place and I’ll be looking forward for my building to start.

Just wondering, how much is the cost of Exposed Agg. for your driveway? I’m tossing out between Exposed Agg. or Coloured Concrete.
